Synchronisation Touch DIM

Due to physical reasons, an installation operating on Touch DIM can be out of sync, showing a discrepancy between switching status and dimming level of the luminaires.

Synchronize the installation as follows:

• 1. Step: Long press (> 0.5 s)    all luminaires switch on
• 2. Step: Short press (< 0.5 s)   all luminaires switch off
• 3. Step: Long press (> 0.5 s)    all luminaires switch on and dim
• 4. Step: Double click                  Save dimming level

After those four steps long-short-long-double click, the ECGs operate in sync again.
